In 2023 some incumbent providers were allowed to elect to participate in in the Enhanced Connect America Cost Model, which requires them to bring broadband at speeds of 100/20 Mbps by 2028 to locations without such service or an enforceable commitment to bring speeds at that level through another program. This layer shows the service territories where the FCC indicated that they received letters electing to participate in the program.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>ReConnect is a United States Department of Agriculture program that funds broadband deployment in rural communities.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>Points represent locations appearing on the FCC National Broadband Map and the service reported by providers for each location through FCC\u2019s data collection program. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
